Career Connections

The COVID-19 pandemic took away face-to-face learning opportunities for our students that would have guided their career decisions through out Student in the Workplace grant. In conjunction with NWPA Job Connect, these Virtual Career Connections were IU5's answer to providing meaningful career exploration experiences for students.

The mission of the Student in the Workplace program was to connect students in grades 9-12 with working professionals to learn about their career, organization and essential workplace skills. This program aimed to give career education opportunities to those students who might not otherwise have them.
