Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Microwave riced cauliflower for 5 minutes. Lay out over paper towels after.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat 2 eggs.
- Process dates in a blender into a "puddy"
- Add almond milk and mix until paste is formed.
- Add cauliflower, oats, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and date paste to mixing bowl.
- Add baking powder last and mix thoroughly.
- Place in a greased/oiled 8" x 8" baking pan.
- Place in oven and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes; or until done.
Keep it Under500!
Divide pan into 9 equal pieces. Each piece is 93 calories!!!
