We’re still working through the final confirmations for those receiving accommodation funding. If we've reached out to you enquiring if you'd like us to sort accommodation, don’t worry— your booking is being processed! We’ll be in touch with your specific details promptly within the next couple of days, but we will be able to fully cover your accomodation.

• There will be a registration fee of £30 per person for the conference. This will cover attendance, lunch on all three days and a conference dinner on Thursday evening. Please pay this fee by using the link here. 

• We are able to provide funding for accommodation for a limited number of participants. If you're interested in this, please indicate this on the registration form.

• We encourage every attendee to present some aspect of their work in some form during the conference, no matter what stage they are at. There will be a limited number of 25-minute contributed talks, a session for 5-minute lightning talks and there will also be a poster session. 

• Abstracts for contributed talks are to be sent to itmaia2026@gmail.com for consideration by the 5th March (please indicate if you wish to give a talk, along with a provisional title, on the registration form). Please note that the slots for these talks are limited.
