I did ITI In 1995-1997 from Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning trade It Was first batch in Narela campus.I Was topper in class with 85% marks.
After completing ITI, I started working with Hello Mineral Water (1998 to 2005) as Service Engineer and take admission in Diploma in Mechanical Enginnering in Arya Bhatt Polytechnic.Afterwards, I also did MBA from Operations and Production management from MDU.
Thereafter, I worked with Western Refrigeration and Air-conditioners (2006 to 2007) as Service Incharge for Delhi NCR, there I handeled service with team of 15 technicians and 4 service franchises.
Afterwards, I Joined Carrier Air-conditioners and Refrigeration Ltd As Branch Service Manager for Rajasthan Operations.(2007 to 2009).
Afterwards, I Worked with Mother dairy Fruits and Vegetable Pvt Ltd as Asset Head in Product Division from 2009 to 2016 for Pan India.Then, I Joined Devyani foods in year 2016 as Head and handled all India Equipments.In Year 2018, I Joined Ensure Innovation as VP sales and Service for India operations.
In year 2020 start own busines for services of Refrigeration products and distribution for Ice-cream in Dwarka. Currently I have team of 40 odd peoples and business of 10 cr .

मेरा नाम रतन कुमार है और मैं इलेक्ट्रीशियन ट्रेड (2014-2016) का छात्र हूं! मैं सर्व प्रथम AS A SERVICE ENGINEER एक प्राइवेट कंपनी में लगा जो SORTEX MACHINE सेल्स एंड सर्विस का काम करती थी दिल्ली में जो कि फूड लाइन की मशीन थी। एक साल काम किया पूरा मन लगाकर अच्छा अनुभव भी मिला यहा । उसके बाद मैने यहां से जॉब चेंज किया । अच्छी बड़ी कंपनी में लगा जिसका ऑल ओवर इंडिया मे काम था AS A SERVICE ENGINEER मेरा काम देख उन्होंने मुझे उत्तराखंड का SERVICE HEAD बना दिया उसके बाद यूपी और बिहार तीनों स्टेट का HEAD बना दिया और ढ़ाई तीन साल बाहर रहा और मेरे अंडर 80 इंजीनियर थे । उसके बाद मैं और मेरे दो साथी थे दिल्ली में अपनी कंपनी RARE TECH INGINEERING कि शुरूआत की TAIHO ब्रांड की SORTEX MACHINE कड़ी महनत की पिछले साल हमारी कंपनी का टर्न ओवर 4.5cr रहा ।

First of all I got engaged as A SERVICE ENGINEER in a private company which used to work for SORTEX MACHINE sales and service in Delhi which was a food line machine. Worked for one year with full heart and got good experience here. After that I changed job from here. Joined a good big company that worked all over India AS A SERVICE ENGINEER Seeing my work, they made me the SERVICE HEAD of Uttarakhand, after that UP and Bihar were made the HEAD of all the three states and stayed out for two and a half years and I had under 80 engineers. . After that me and my two friends started our company RARE TECH ENGINEERING in Delhi SORTEX MACHINE of TAIHO brand hard work last year our company turnover was 4.5cr

Due to the Knowledge of Stitching. I Passed the Exam of self tailor. After that I worked in a boutique for few months continued in this manner and in 2023 I opend my boutique which has earned me a lot of respect and money till day I am happy to tell you that even govt. School principal and teacher's coming to me for Stitches, and there are Some customers who wear My
design dresses like models that's why I want to tell you all that I am moving ahead in life as best I can.

My name is Kuldeep Kumar, I have completed my Industrial training in Electronics Mechanic Trade from ITI Narela in 2002. Afterwards, I worked with apex telecom as intern ad there I started with Rs 1500/- per month. I travelled from Nagloi to East delhi. Apex Telecom was manufacturer of EPABX. I got training on component and card level repairing in that company. After that I switched in ACCORD communication limited and meanwhile, I took admission in part time diploma in PUSA Polytechnic, Delhi.
After completing my diploma, I switched to Health care sector as a field service engineer in SR bio Health Pvt Ltd and worked for 4 year.
Thereafter, I got selected in Ortho Clinical Diagnostics(Division of Johnson & Johnsons company, USA). The company deals with blood bank and laboratory equipments. I started with J&J as a field service engineer for Delhi and NCR. Thereafter, I got promoted to territory manager in 2016 and took care of North India Account. I am still working with Ortho Clinical Diagnostics and working as Zonal manager in my company with an annual CTC of Rs 19 Lakhs.
Throughout this journey my teacher Mr Satish Khatri sir always guided me as a mentor. I am very thankful to him.
