Lala Hans Raj Gupta I.T.I. is located in DSIIDC  Industrial area Narela Which is close to Bhorgarh Village . Earlier Institute was running in the name of ITI Narela hired building of Harijan Kaliyan Samithi at Kings Way Camp which was shifted during 1996 after constructed at DSIIDC industrial Area by the DSIIDC .

  The institute covered under the scheme of Up-gradation of 1396 Government ITIs through PPP, and Skills Strengthening for Industrial Value Enhancement (STRIVE) is a new World . Bank funded project . The both scheme sponsored by DGT Govt of India MSDE and management by the Institute Management Committee (IMC), registered as a society Delhi govt registration act. 2.5 Cr an interest free loan released during 2011 under PPP project whereas 2 Cr allocated under STRIVE. Sh. Darmendra Kumar Trainee Fitter trade and Sh Manish Trainee Draughtsmen Civil secure First in All India Skill competition conducted by the DGET Govt of India , Ministry of Labour and Employment during 2010 & 2019 respectively .
