On site attendance
For organizational reasons, attendance to non iTHEMS members is limited to 20 participants on a first comes first served basis. The registration deadline is Feb 28th at 23h59 JST.
On site participants will receive an email shortly after the deadline. If you plan change, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible, so that others can have the opportunity to participate on site.
Those who register for on site attendance but could not find a spot will be notified shortly after the deadline and will receive the Zoom link for online attendance the day before the workshop.
