Summa Fati Terms of Use

1. The service
Summa Fati (Korean name 백년명운) calculates readings with ten methods such as Four Pillars. Readings are for fun and reflection; we do not promise accuracy or any outcome. For health, legal or money decisions, talk to a professional.
2. Purchases
Outside Korea, some readings require a subscription, monthly or yearly (prices are shown in Google Play in your currency). New yearly subscribers get a 7-day free trial; cancel within the trial and you will not be charged, otherwise the yearly price is charged when the trial ends. Plans renew automatically until cancelled, and payments and refunds follow Google Play policy. Cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
In Korea, readings are sold as one-time purchases (My Comprehensive Reading, 2027 Year Ahead Reading, and a bundle of both). They never renew and you keep them for good. They return on any phone signed in to the same Google account.
Refunds follow Google Play policy. Within 48 hours you can request one in Google Play; after that, email sales@it-farm.co.kr with your order number. Once a purchase has opened your readings, refunds may be limited because the digital content has been delivered. If the app fails to open what you paid for, we refund in full.
3. Your information
What you enter is stored only on your phone, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Not allowed
Modifying or redistributing the app, or using its text and images commercially without permission.
5. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from decisions based on readings.

백년명운 이용약관

1. 서비스
백년명운(영문 이름 Summa Fati, 이하 "앱")은 사주명리 등 열 가지 방법으로 운세를 계산해 보여 주는 앱입니다. 운세는 재미와 참고를 위한 것이며, 결과의 정확성이나 특정 결과를 약속하지 않습니다. 건강, 법률, 돈에 관한 중요한 결정은 전문가와 상의하세요.
2. 결제 상품
한국에서는 구독 없이 한 번 결제하는 상품만 팝니다: 나의 명운 종합풀이(19,900원), 2027 신년운세 엮음(9,900원), 두 가지 묶음(24,900원). 값은 결제 전에 구글 플레이 화면에 보이며, 출시 할인을 할 때는 원래 값과 끝나는 날을 함께 알립니다. 결제와 환불은 구글 플레이의 정책을 따릅니다.
이 상품들은 자동으로 이어지지 않으며, 한 번 사면 평생 볼 수 있습니다. 가족·지인을 추가해 볼 수 있고 궁합도 포함됩니다. 같은 구글 계정이면 다른 휴대전화에서도 구매 복원으로 다시 열 수 있습니다. 한국 밖에서는 월·연 구독으로 팝니다(영어 약관 참고).
환불은 구글 플레이의 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 결제 후 48시간 안에는 구글 플레이에서 직접 요청할 수 있고, 그 뒤에는 sales@it-farm.co.kr로 주문 번호와 함께 요청해 주세요. 회사는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 처리합니다. 다만 산 풀이처럼 디지털 내용이 열려 이미 제공된 경우에는 청약 철회가 제한될 수 있으며, 이 사실을 결제 화면과 이 약관에 미리 알립니다. 앱의 잘못으로 풀이가 열리지 않으면 전액 환불합니다.
3. 이용자의 정보
이용자가 넣은 정보는 이용자의 휴대전화 안에만 저장됩니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
4. 금지
앱을 뜯어고치거나 다시 배포하는 일, 앱의 글과 그림을 허락 없이 상업적으로 쓰는 일을 금지합니다.
5. 책임의 한계
회사는 앱의 운세를 믿고 한 결정에 따른 손해에 대해 법이 허용하는 범위에서 책임지지 않습니다.
6. 약관의 변경과 문의
