Promise Map Terms of Use

1. The service
Promise Map: Bible Companion (Korean name 약속 지도 — 성경 길잡이) is a Bible reference with notes, maps, people and stories. It is not a Bible translation. The notes follow three stated principles and mark how certain each point is; they do not replace your own reading of Scripture or the teaching of your church.
2. Purchase
The app is free to download. Genesis (the full text, guides, story cards and people), the Today’s Grace cards from Genesis, search results in Genesis and everything under More are free. The rest of the app is opened by one in-app purchase, “Unlock everything” (US $9.99, one time; Google Play shows the price in your currency before you pay). Launch discounts are announced with the regular price and the end date. There is no subscription and no ads. The unlock restores automatically when you reinstall or use another phone signed in to the same Google account (you can also tap Restore purchase in the app).
Refunds follow Google Play policy. Within 48 hours you can request one in Google Play; after that, email sales@it-farm.co.kr with your order number. Because the unlocked content is delivered right after purchase, refunds after that may be limited where the law allows; you can try the free part of the app before buying. If the unlock does not work on your phone, we refund in full. A refunded purchase locks the paid content again.
3. Bible texts and sources
English Bible text: Berean Standard Bible (BSB), public domain. Sources for maps and other materials are listed in the app (More › Three principles and how it was made › Sources and Copyright).
4. Your information
The app collects nothing; settings stay on your phone, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Not allowed
Modifying or redistributing the app, or using its notes, maps and pictures commercially without permission.
6. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from decisions based on the app’s notes.

1. 서비스
약속 지도 — 성경 길잡이(영문 이름 Promise Map: Bible Companion, 이하 “앱”)는 성경 66권의 해설·지도·인물·이야기를 담은 성경 참고서이며, 성경 번역본이 아닙니다. 해설은 앱이 밝힌 3대 원칙을 따르고 확실한 정도를 표시하며, 이용자가 직접 성경을 읽는 일과 교회의 가르침을 대신하지 않습니다.
2. 결제
앱은 무료로 받고, 창세기 밖의 내용은 앱 안 결제 「전체 열기」(한 번, 미국 $9.99 — 다른 나라는 결제 전에 구글 플레이 화면에 그 나라 돈으로 보임)로 엽니다. 값은 결제 전에 구글 플레이 화면에 보이며, 출시 할인을 할 때는 원래 값과 끝나는 날을 함께 알립니다. 구독은 없으며, 같은 구글 계정이면 다시 설치하거나 다른 휴대전화에서도 「전체 열기」가 저절로 복원됩니다(앱의 [구매 복원]으로도 다시 확인할 수 있습니다).
환불은 구글 플레이의 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 결제 후 48시간 안에는 구글 플레이에서 직접 요청할 수 있고, 그 뒤에는 sales@it-farm.co.kr로 주문 번호와 함께 요청해 주세요. 회사는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 처리합니다. 다만 「전체 열기」는 결제 직후 내용이 열리는 디지털 콘텐츠이므로 그 뒤에는 청약 철회가 제한될 수 있으며, 이 사실을 결제 화면과 이 약관에 미리 알립니다. 결제 전에 창세기 부분을 무료로 써 볼 수 있습니다. 「전체 열기」가 휴대전화에서 동작하지 않으면 전액 환불하며, 환불된 구매는 다시 잠깁니다.
3. 성경 본문과 출처
한국어 성경 본문: 개역한글(1961, 대한성서공회, 저작권 보호기간 만료). 영어 성경 본문: Berean Standard Bible(BSB, 퍼블릭 도메인). 지도 등 다른 자료의 출처는 앱 안(더보기 › 3대 원칙과 만든 방법 › 출처와 저작권)에 밝혀 둡니다.
4. 이용자의 정보
앱은 아무 정보도 모으지 않으며, 설정은 이용자의 휴대전화 안에만 저장됩니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
5. 금지
앱을 뜯어고치거나 다시 배포하는 일, 앱의 해설·지도·그림을 허락 없이 상업적으로 쓰는 일을 금지합니다.
6. 책임의 한계
회사는 앱의 해설을 믿고 한 결정에 따른 손해에 대해 법이 허용하는 범위에서 책임지지 않습니다.
