For the recruitment process, we have selected participants to join our usability testing by making criteria as the participants should ever taking BTS Skytrain services. As the criteria, we went to the BTS Skytrain station at Siam in order to look for the participants including with the online interview that we ask the participants who know and ever get the services from BTS Skytrain to try our prototypes and provide the feedback to us. Before the testing, they received the testing information and they allow us to do the usability testing that participants can leave the testing anytime as they wish.
As a result, we have 6 participants who use different types of tickets, including single round ticket, one day pass ticket, and rabbit card. We interviewed our participants at Siam station and recorded some part of video interview. We also use the teamviewer program to interview some participant. In this part, we considered each participant background and how often they use BTS Skytrain.
