For buying ticket in application

1. Observe the route of BTS Skytrain services.
2. Sign in or sign up with the system before using the features.
3. Select the types of ticket and buy it in the ticket page.
4. Check or add the their rabbit card, credit/debit cards, and zOne day pass or use the cards in the card page.
5. Explore for the message page and select QR code to use or send to other phone number if it hadn't been scanned yet.
6. If participants want to try using ticket machine prototype, they will be start by select the feature.
7. Try to top up the money or the round of trips into the rabbit card as they add into the application.

If the participant performs all of these tasks and scenarios, it means that participant is already play every feature of the prototype. Then, we will collect the data during the user perform these tasks by using the usability specification below.
