The GIST Planning Framework (1 or 2 days) - learn how to use the GIST (Goals, Ideas, Step-projects, Tasks) planning framework to create plans that connect strategy with action using the principles of Lean startup and Agile development. No more long projects that lead nowhere and roadmaps that never happen.

Product Strategy (1 or 2 days) - you'll learn how to develop a product strategy that aligns with your company’s vision and mission and has higher chances of success. The workshop is based on the Lean product management strategy framework that encompass markets, product adoption forces, product-market fit, value proposition, business models and more. You will learn how to create a cohesive, yet agile strategy that is built for change. Content

Driving Growth (1 day) - you'll learn how to rapidly grow key product indicators such as revenue, monthly active users, and paying customers, using the methods markets leaders such Google, Netflix and Booking.com employ. The framework presented incorporates the principles of Growth Hacking, User psychology, User research and Statistical analysis. This workshop will be beneficial for cross-functional teams responsible for growth, as well as for engineers, marketers and managers who wish to bring the concepts into their own teams.

Product/Market Fit (1 day) - you will learn how to create new products and services that fit the market tightly, reaching a strong inflection point that paves the road to rapid growth. We will discuss what is product/market fit, how to measure it, how to systematically move towards achieving it through customer development, product discovery, build-measure-learn loops and MVPs. Workshop participants will use hands-on a variety of techniques used in the various parts of the process.
