This was the setup and design I put together for a remotely accessed solar powered web camera with battery backup that needed to observe and read letters from Dynamic Message Signs on the highway. My team helped get this up at the location. This was the solution to a bigger problem of the DMS software saying one thing and the hardware saying another.
