Reflection

 I will use what I have learned from my time in Ireland with different aspects of my life. 

Personally, I have grown as an individual who now feels comfortable going out of my comfort zone for things I feel will help me grow. I took on this experience not knowing anyone else in the program and traveled to a country I had never been to so I could gain experience in the education field that I could not of had in the United States. 

Professionally, I have learned many different teaching strategies that will be useful in my own classroom. I have observed different behavior management styles, student-teacher relationship growth, and cultural/language differences. EAL
