The duration of the presentations is as follows:
Invited lecturers (50 min) = Talk (40 min) + Discussion (10 min)
Invited lecturers (40 min) = Talk (33 min) + Discussion (7 min)
Invited lecturers (30 min) = Talk (25 min) + Discussion (5 min)
Speakers on Student/Young Researcher sessions(20 min) = Talk (15 min) + Discussion (5 min)
For poster presenters:
1. Poster board for one sheet of A0 size (90cm (width) X 120cm (height)) is available.
2. In the poster pre-talk session, the presenters can show brief introductions of posters in approximately 1 minute.
For all participants:
1. Check requirement of power plug adapters (to fit "Type A": power supply 100 V) for Japan
2. For the oral sessions, bring your own laptop and adapter for the projector (HDMI)
The final program with abstracts will be sent to all registered participants.
Attendants who will visit to Ibaraki University can use "eduroam" for Wi-Fi connections.
