At isoWalk, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle your data, specifically regarding health information and personal identifiers.

1. Information Collection and Use

Email Information

• Collection: We collect your email address only if you voluntarily provide it within the app.

• Purpose: We use this to respond to support requests and, if you opt-in, to notify you of prizes, giveaways, and app updates.

• Marketing: You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" or contacting us.

Health & Motion Data (HealthKit & Core Motion)

• Access: isoWalk requests permission to access Apple HealthKit and Core Motion data (e.g., step count, walking distance, and calories burned).

• Usage: This data is used exclusively to provide the core functionality of the app (tracking your fitness progress).

• Storage: We do not store your health data on our servers. All HealthKit and Core Motion data remains on your device or in your private iCloud backup.

• Advertising: We do not use HealthKit data for marketing or advertising purposes, nor do we share it with third-party data brokers.

Notifications

• If you opt-in, we send daily reminders and milestone alerts. These can be disabled at any time via your device settings.

2. Third-Party Services & Payments

• In-App Purchases: All subscriptions and transactions are processed securely by Apple. isoWalk does not collect or store your credit card or billing information.

• Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

• Health Data: Since we do not store health data on our servers, we cannot delete it; you manage this via the Apple Health App.

• Email Data: We retain your email as long as your account is active.

• Requesting Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your email and any support history. To request data deletion, please email customersupport@isoWalk.fit. We will process your request within 30 days.

4. Children’s Privacy

isoWalk is designed for a general audience and is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the small amount of information we do collect (emails and support logs) from unauthorized access.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be announced via an in-app notification or to your registered email.
