From New Chitose Airport (CTS) to JR Sapporo Station:

Take a train ‘Kaisoku Airport’ on the JR line for Sapporo Station, It takes about 40-45 minutes and costs 1,070 yen for one way. It generally departs every 15 minutes during daytime.

From JR Sapporo Station to ILTS:

By subway

Take a subway on the Namboku line for Asabu from the Sapporo Subway station (N06), and get off at the send station Kita 18 jo station (N04). Its takes 3-4 minutes and costs 200 yen for one way. ILTS is located at Northwest from Kita 18 jo station, about 10 minutes by walk.

By taxi

It takes about 10 minutes and costs 1,000-1,200 yen.
