Customer visits Google Playstore to download the App.

SUBSCRIPTION

After download, customer opens the ZIPTV App and a Pre-Login displays.

Clicks on Signup option and a web page displays.

Selects "Sign up for Ziptv - MTN SUBSCRIBERS”

Selects Plan, enters Phone Number, Password, confirms Password and clicks on the Sign up button.

A pop-up message appears on the phone for user to select Accept option to complete signup.

Customer has the option to select renew subscription automatically by checking the Auto renew.

Customer receives a confirmation SMS from 1124 after subscribing to a package

“Y’ello, you have subscribed to IPTV Mobile Basic Package Subscription One time for GHC1.00”

Customer goes to Ziptv App and clicks on "Sign in to your account“.

Customer enters Phone number as username and password to sign in.

Account Summary on the web page displays the username(phone number), subscription status, date package was purchased, package expiry/end date.

NOTE:

User dials *175# to get the approval SMS automatically if SMS is not received after 1 minute of approving subscription

Airtime Deduction: Payment for now is entirely by airtime credit from the customer’s primary balance and does not affect the data bundle

•Search for ZipTV in the play store

•Click on the download button to download the app for free

•Once download is complete, click on the app to open

•Sign up as a new user via your browser

•Select sign up as an “MTN User” to view various subscription packages.

•Subscribe to your preferred package (daily, weekly or monthly)

•Log in on app with number and password

•Click on your desired channel and watch your favorite shows

•Payment will be deducted from customer’s primary balance

1. How do I access the service: service can be accessed by downloading ZiPTV app from Play store and signing up

2. How do I make payment: Payment will be made through airtime. You will need to have enough credit to make a purchase

3. Will I be automatically subscribed to the service: Subscription is initiated by the customer. Customers will not be automatically subscribed to the service

4. How do I access the service after subscription: Open the app and login with your mobile number and password. The channels under your

subscription will be available for viewing.

5. How does the hourly subscription work: hourly subscription is calculated based on the actual number of minutes viewed summing an hour.

6. Will I be automatically charged when I choose a package: No, you will receive an SMS to confirm whether you want to go ahead with the subscription.

7. Will streaming live channels affect my data balance: No, streaming is purely subscription based and deducted

from your airtime, your data balance is not affected.
