Tingg is a Cellulant payment service that allows Customers to conveniently pay their bills and buy airtime across networks through their mobile money wallet

Customer will dial *234# to access the service and have the options below

ECG Prepaid power: Allows payment of ECG prepaid

a) User dials *234#

b) Selects ECG prepaid.

c) Enters account number to pay or select from already saved meter number he has used previously.

d) Enters amount to pay. Approves to proceed.

e) User receives USSD push from MTN showing the amount.

f) User approves request using MTN mobile money PIN.

g) User receives final transaction status in form of SMS.

Airtime Purchase: Allows purchase of airtime across all numbers

a) User dials *234#

b) Selects Buy prepaid.

c) Enters phone number to buy airtime for or select from already saved phone numbers he has used previously.

d) Enters amount to pay. Approves to proceed.

e) User receives USSD push from MTN showing the amount.

f) User approves request using MTN mobile money PIN.

g) User receives final transaction status in form of SMS.

DStv: Allows payment of DsTV subscription services

a) User dials *234#

b) Selects DSTV.

c) Enters phone number to purchase DStv for or select from already saved phone numbers he has used previously.

d) Enters amount to pay. Approves to proceed.

e) User receives USSD push from MTN showing the amount.

f) User approves request using MTN mobile money PIN.

g) User receives final transaction status in form of SMS.

GOtv: Allows payment of GoTV subscription services

a) User dials *234#

b) Selects GoTV.

c) Enters phone number to buy GOtv for or select from already saved phone numbers he has used previously.

d) Enters amount to pay. Approves to proceed.

e) User receives USSD push from MTN showing the amount.

f) User approves request using MTN mobile money PIN.

g) User receives final transaction status in form of SMS.

Favorites: Allows user to set commonly used numbers

a) User dials *234#

b) Selects My Favourite.

c) Selects Add Favourites

d) Select service the user would like to add number for.

e) Enters number to be saved.

f) Selects network number belongs to (If previously selected airtime service)

g) Enters a name to call the favourite.

h) Confirms the details.

i) User is informed the number is added to Favourites

Charges

There is no extra for purchasing airtime

DStv & Gotv: Customer pays 2% of value being paid
