AYO RECHARGE WITH CARE: Premium deduction per calendar month per policy is 4GHC
provides customers the ability to be notified on every unsuccessful call attempt.
How it works
Here Party A becomes the caller and Party B becomes the receiver. When Party A calls Party B and the Party B was unreachable/busy/out of coverage area, the system will then send an SMS to Party B informing him/her that
Party A has tried to call him/her X number of times.
“You have 1 missed call from +233244xxxxxx AT 2019-05-30 15:09”
Party A will also receive an SMS that Party B is now reachable (Back to Coverage part) so he/she can call back.
“+233244xxxxxx, is now reachable, please call back.”
Service Features
• Missed Call Alert: This feature notifies Party B with an SMS of all calls he missed while his number was busy/unreachable/out of coverage.
• Back to Coverage: This feature notifies Party A with an SMS to call back when Party B is back to coverage. Party B can choose to activate/deactivate this option for the dialing party (Party A) by adding Party A to the blacklist.

b. Customers who have voicemail will not enjoy the service. If Party A (no voicemail) calls Party B (voicemail), both parties will not receive message.
