MTN Spin the wheel is a promo aimed at rewarding customers on their Top Ups to win a pool of prizes

Customers who use smart phones will receive an invite to install the Spin the Wheel APP to enable them Spin the Wheel after recharge.

Low end phone users will follow the pop up or sms notification they will receive after recharge

Every top up done Via voucher, Mobile money, EVD is allowed to spin the Wheel with the exception of Me2U transfer

MECHANICS

Customers will be rewarded with spinning opportunities depending on the medium of recharge (physical or electronic) and the value of recharge.

After every recharge of Ghc1.00 and above, a prompt is triggered to prompt customers to either accept or decline to spin to win prizes

The higher the value of recharge, the greater the spinning slots and points or tangible prizes to win

Once the user has exhausted all the spins, notification is given to recharge with a higher amount

Customers will be notified to migrate to Gold spinning wheel to enjoy the chance of accruing multiple points. Migration is done by sending VIP to 5040

Customers who migrate to Gold will enjoy:

10 points at a 50p daily charge.

· MTN Spin the wheel will invite customers to participate for a pool of prizes after every recharge.

· Customers who use smart phones will receive an invite to install the Spin the Wheel application to enable them access the

portal version of Spin the Wheel after recharge.

· Feature phone users will follow the SAT Push or SMS Flow that will be deployed to them after recharge.

· Option is open to all Prepaid Customers.

· Recharge via every MTN recharge platform allows customers to spin the wheel (voucher, Mobile money, EVD; Me2U recharge is not included).

HOW DOES IT WORK

· After every recharge of Ghc1.00 and above, customers will have the flexibility to accept the opportunity

to spin and win prizes or cancel the opportunity offered.

· The higher the value of recharge, the greater the spinning slots/opportunity available to the customer.

· Customer receives a sms within 24hrs after recharge with number of spins gained

· Message received comes with a link to download the spin the wheel App or Send spin to the short code 5040

· Customer downloads the app or enters in the Mobile Portal to participate

· Customer spends the available free spins on the portal or application to know the prize that has been won

· Customer receives a sms with confirmation of the prize

· Customers who wish to be exempted from the Promotion can send NO to 5040

· All customers will by default be on the Silver spinning Wheel where account recharge will be the only medium by which

customers can gain points after exercising their spinning opportunities.

· Customers will therefore be encouraged to migrate to Gold spinning wheel to enjoy multiple avenues for accruing points.

· Customers on Silver can send VIP to 5040 to migrate to Gold

· Customers on Gold spinning wheel will enjoy: 10 points at 50p daily as subscription fee.

· Customers who wish to deactivate auto renewal on Gold subscription will send stop to 5040. Deactivation can also be done on SDP 1 as well

· Customer sends Points to 5040 to check his accrued points
