The SmartClip application is a service that enables you to track all the numbers that tried to contact you.

An SMS would be sent directly to your phone with the data of all the numbers that tried to reach you.

The SMS would contain the originating number, date and time of call.

Procedure for the activation of SMARTCLIP is as follows:

1. Select Call Divert from your phone "Menu

2. Select one of the following options:

a. Out of reach

b. Busy

c. Not answered, etc.

3. Enter +233 24 4300557 as SmartClip Number

Please note that postpaid customers can divert to SmartClip and Voicemail at the same time by choosing different options.

Example Select ‘Out of Reach’ for SmartClip (024 4300557) and ‘Busy’ for Voicemail (024 4300556).

But prepaid customers can only divert to the voicemail by choosing “Out of Reach”.
