MTN RAISE YOUR LEVEL PROMO is a usage driven points - based promo designed to reward all MTN Prepaid customers (both existing and new ones based on points accrued on network activities such as Voice, Data, SMS, VAS, digital and Mobile Money transactions.
All prepaid customers will accrue points based on their usage however customers will have to opt-in to take part in the promo.
For clarity purpose, only MTN prepaid customers who opt in by dialing *120*1# will qualify for winner selection at the end of each promo month.
There will be a set target of points for each customer based on their average revenue per user (ARPU) for promo participants.
A ranking of points accrued by all customers who exceed their target points by highest percentage margin is done at the end of every month and customers with the highest percentage will be selected as winners.

After dialing *120# to check points, the below is the sample message customer will receive.

The following transactions are exempted and do not accrue points

5. Sending SMS from an SMS bundle
6. Browsing internet from a data bundle
7. Usage of bonus credits/accounts and Xtratime

PRIZES
A total of top 6,666 customers will be selected as winners after every promo month.
The top 5,000 customers who exceed their thresholds in each month will be given Ipro Amber 5S smartphone each
The next 1,666 customers who exceed their thresholds in each month will receive a brand new KAIOS phone each
Points accrued will be cleared at the end of each promo month. Participants will have to do fresh network activities to accrue points during the new month
Non voice SIM users such as MIFI, Modem, Router etc are excluded in the promo.
