•The pulse conversion feature enables customers who purchase pulse or mash up
bundle packages convert their voice package to its data equivalent.
•The Youth voice minutes is converted to Youth data equivalent in megabytes (MB).
•The unit conversion menu varies and this depends on the amount of voice minutes available in customer’s account at the time of conversion.
•There is no limit as to the number of times conversion can be done.
Five minutes of the youth voice is equivalent to 1MB.
•The converted data package is credited to customer’s Youth data account and has no expiry.
•Converted data will be credited to equivalent dedicated account of the voice package (Daily(DA 434), Weekly(DA 435) or Monthly(DA 436))
MECHANICS
•Customer purchases a pulse package with voice option or customer with existing youth voice package dials *567#.
•Customer selects Option 4 Convert Minutes to Data
•After selecting option 4, the menu displays four options of unit conversions available to customer.
(Option 1 confirms the data equivalent for the customer’s overall youth voice balance)
◦Customer receives a pop-up and an SMS notification confirming the conversion.
Information on the conversion is available on the bundle support portal

2. Customer selects option 4 which displays the unit conversions
3. Customer replies with 1 to confirm conversion
4. Customer receives a pop up and an SMS notification after a successful conversion
