AYO RECHARGE WITH CARE: Premium deduction per calendar month per policy is 4GHC
1. Changes are being done in phases; first phase will be for bundles purchased via *138*1#, *170# , Slydepay, ExpressPay and Master Account (*513#).
2. All customers who have purchased data bundle via *138*1# will receive notifications ((Mandatory Interactive Notification)
3. Customers will receive first notification when they use 50% of their bundles
2. Second notification will be sent when customers use 90% of their bundle and will be given the option to purchase a new bundle
or be charged from their main
3. Customers who select the option to purchase a new bundle will be given the 138 menu to select their preferred bundle
4. Customers who select option 2 (consent to go to main account) will receive a notification that they will be charged from main account
with pay per use rate stated
5. Customers who do not select any option at 90% notification will receive the same notification at 100%
6. Customers who do not select any option will be unable to browse until they purchase a bundle .
A notification will be sent to inform them to purchase a bundle via 138
NOTE;
Customers who have activated data roll over will have their bundle roll over at 90% usage (once they have sufficient funds) and will not receive prompt to buy a bundle
This option is applicable to all bundles purchased via *138*1#, master account *153#, ExpressPay, Slydepay and *170#. Option is currently not available for Pulse, HV Pack, Super Saver Bundle and Device bundle offers on Handsets & Devices
An additional option (5) has been added to the *138# menu for customer to select consent for main account charging when they do not bundle.

· At 50% Bundle usage
Notification Sent: Dear Valued customer, you have used 50% of your subscribed DAILY_20MB Data Bundle. Dial *138# to purchase more. Thank you.
· At 90% Bundle usage
Notification Sent: Dear Valued customer, your bundle will expire soon. Kindly buy data bundle or give your approval to charge from main account
· At 100% Bundle usage
Notification Sent: Dear Valued customer, you have exhausted your subscribed DAILY_20MB Data Bundle. Dial *138# to purchase more. Thank you.
Please take note of additional conditions as well
· Bundle auto-renewal will only receive the 50% notification and will be automatically be renewed at 90%(with a confirmation SMS sent to them).
· When auto-renewal fails at 90%(due to insufficient balance), an interactive notification(same as received at 90%) at 95% usage to purchase bundle of choice(with respect to available balance)
· Browsing with a new sim or on other bundles and bonuses (Pulse. Super Saver, HV Pack, Akwaaba etc ) will not receive interactive notifications and will charge from main account once bundle is used up.
· Consent to charge from MA is not a one-time action. Approval is required each time activated bundle is running out.
