HOW TO ACCESS THE APP
Customer visits play store and searches for MyMTN App to download
Once App is downloaded customer can open and select self service
Pre-Login Screen will open.
User clicks on Login to my Account
NB: For the first time, when APP is launched, a One Time Password which can be customized by the customer is sent via sms. Password can be viewed password by tapping the symbol on the right hand side.

Customer is able to access account information.

Customer can also view and change current call plan from My plan
AIRTIME: Customer is able to view total airtime balance, recharge for a friend,Me2You,Voucher top up and Recover scratch card.
NB: Borrow airtime feature is not available.
BUNDLES: Customer is able to purchase and view bundle balance.
Customer is notified with an SMS once bundle purchase is successful.
