MTN Video+ is an exciting service that allows customers to view short comedy videos made available by content providers.

Mechanics

App is available on Android play store

Customer visits App store and searches for MTN Video+ to download App

Customer Taps on App icon after downloading and installing

App automatically obtains user’s mobile number and registers user with the platform.

During registration through Wi-Fi, App cannot automatically obtain user’s number hence user is required to enter mobile number.

App displays a login page where user enters password or choose a verification code.

A six digits code is generated and sent by Video+ App to enable customer access the App.

Customers have the option to change their password.

Unregistered customers can only access the preview.

Users need to subscribe to VIP account to view video in full.

OPTIONS ON THE APP

HOME– Users have the option to view App menu.

CATEGORY– Users have the option to view the various type of videos in the App.

ACCOUNT– Users can find the options below in this section:

VIP- Video Plus Weekly +250MB GHC 4.5

Video Plus 3 Day + 100MB GHC 2.0

Video Plus Daily + 50 GHC 0.9

VIEWING HISTORY – Users can view history of videos watched.

DOWNLOAD – Users can view saved videos.

SETTINGS – Users have the option to set password and know the version of the App.
