pre-recorded voice message through a fully automated online system
•It is a smarter, faster, better, stronger means of communicating or advertising at a cheaper cost to a company or group and provides
recipients with a 30 seconds or more message upon answering the phone
The message is recorded by the sender in the form of the following
•promotional offer
• event notification
•speech about their particular business and the goods or services it offers
•Govt & Non Govt. Campaigns
• Service Reminders
• Product Promotions
• Announcements (Church, community school etc.)
• Marketing Products & Services
• Stock Alerts
How does the service work?
•Reach cell phones of your target audience: people receive the call like a regular phone call with pre-recorded voice message from an organization/institution

Subscription Procedure
1.SME/Corporate/Government Organization request for the Multi Caller service through Key Account Manager or Agency
2.KAM (Key Account Manager ) sends invoice to the customer based on requested schedule and target numbers
3.Customer presents a cheque covering the invoiced amount
4.KAM/Agency forwards campaign details with request form to EBD Support Administrator
5.EBD Support Administrator reviews submitted documents and creates account if new customer
6.EBD Support Admin reviews message and list of numbers and forwards to IT
7.IT schedules campaign and communicates to Administrator
8.Campaign is activated and report shared at the end of the campaign
9.Customer is billed for the service at the end of the campaign
Multi Caller Pricing
•Set up fee as well as subscription fee is FREE: the service is usage based
•Clients (customers to the service) pay only for recipients reached

What is the acceptable file format campaign requesters must present?
•Media Type: vox media file acceptable
What is the length of call?
•Calls to be sent out must be a maximum of 4mins per call
How is the Client charged?
•Customers are charged per message/ campaign schedule and the total numbers presented for the campaign
Is the recipient charged for the call?
No, the recipient is not charged for the call, only the Initiator (client) is billed
How is Billing Done?
An invoice is generated and shared with the customer for payment before campaign starts
What is the length of notice to be given before campaign starts?
•Files and information should be received 1 week before start of campaign
Who provides the recipient of campaigns numbers?
The requester must provide his set of numbers and sign the Multicaller customer contract to confirm recipient’s approval to be contacted by
his/her organization (with reference to the Data Protection act.)
Can the message be in any language ?
Yes, There is no limitation to language of content however client bears all responsibility for message delivered
How many times will each recipient receive a scheduled recorded message?
The customer will receive the recorded call once
