To create more value added services that would give customers value for their money, MTN Ghana will launch the MTN RADIO service

MTN RADIO service will allow MTN subscribers to dial in and listen to a selected list of SONGS streamed directly through

an IVR as well as select a number of songs to create MY FAVORITE LIST

Customers will subscribe to this service at the Bundle Pack charge

This service is available to both PAYG & PM customers

BUNDLE PACKS

Customers upon dialing 1303 will be prompted to press 1 for Weekly pack or 2 for Daily pack

The daily pack will allow the customer to listen in on Mradio free at night without any deduction

The weekly pack will allocate 15 minutes to the customer to listen and surf through the mobile radio platform during the day and also have access to listen free at night

Customers who subscribe to the daily pack will have to top up when their subscribed minutes is used up

They can top up with 5 or 10 day minutes

Top up for 5 day minutes is 0.05p and 10 day minutes is 0.10p

All minutes usage is cumulative but can be exhausted in a session

Weekly Pack 15min allocated to be used Free night radio for a Week 0.15

only during the day

CRBT - MRADIO

Customers can as well copy their favorite tunes on Mradio as their Caller Tunez

On Mradio whilst listening to their favorite songs, customers can press* and set that song as their CRBT

CRBT user will be charged 0.32p for the song download, non CRBT users will be charged for subscription 0.53p and 0.32p for the song download

HOW TO SUBSCRIBE

To subscribe simply dial short code 1303

Listen to the prompt and press:

1 FOR WEEKLY PACK

2 FOR DAILY

After subscription the selected bundle is renewed when it expires

When bundle pack minutes is used up customers will be prompted to top up with either 5 day Minutes or 10 day Minutes

Customers can either listen to the tracks in all the groups and to create their FAVORITE LIST or Download the song to their phones

To create my favorite list PRESS 1 then choose from any of the groups below

PRESS 2 FOR MUSIC CATEGORIES

PRESS 3 FOR FAVOURITE ARTISTE

PRESS 4 FOR DW FOR LEARNING BY EAR

PRESS 5 FOR LAUGHS

PRESS 6 FOR LEARNING BY EAR

PRESS 9 FOR HELP

Whiles listening to the tracks in each group PRESS 2 to SKIP THROUGH THE SONGS,

Press 3 for the previous song and press # to go back to the main Menu

To SELECT or SAVE a tune to my favorite list PRESS 4

To Download the Song to your phone Press 6

MY FAVOURITE LIST can save up to 20 songs (there is no validity, but the 1st song gets deleted on the addition of the 21st song)
