This service will provide customers to buy data bundles from a zero rated web portal

The web page will display all the current bundles on *170#, daily, weekly and monthly.
CUSTOMER JOURNEY
Customer sees options to either buy DATA or AIRTIME.
The next step allow the user to select their preference from a variety of "Data/Airtime packages".
Select by clicking on the preferred bundle to purchase.
On the next page the customer is expected to select Self/Others; other requires you to input the recipient's phone number other than your own phone number. Note: the system automatically detects your number if you click on self because of header enrichment.
Click on next page to display the purchasing options, MoMo and Visa.
Select your preferred purchasing medium (MoMo or Visa) to complete the payment.
If you select the MoMo option, you will receive feedback to go to “My approvals” on the mobile money menu to approve the transaction by entering your MoMo Pin.
If you select the Visa option, you will be redirected to complete the verification of your card details.
Once you enter the correct MoMo PIN, you will receive an SMS notification indicating that your bundle purchase has been successful.
AGENT SUPPORT PORTAL
There is a support portal available to help check all transactions done on this platform. The portal also gives the option to push failed bundle/airtime purchases to customers.

This gives an overview of Data Bundle requests and Airtime transactions on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis
