AYO RECHARGE WITH CARE: Premium deduction per calendar month per policy is 4GHC
This service enables customers subscribe for a pass to access VIP channels on the Kwese Iflix App.
Customer can install the App from Google Play store or Apple store.
Customer clicks on Sign up to create an account after installing App.
Customer can use the Video bundle or a normal data bundle to stream on the App.
However, a pass grants customer the access to view channels which have been classified as VIP.
Subscribing to a pass can be done by dialing the short code *1003# and deduction is done from customer’s mobile money account.
There is no mobile money charge involved.
Customer will receive SMS from Kwese only during the first purchase containing a Kwese iflix voucher in a form of a link.
Customer clicks on the link to validate the account. However, on subsequent purchases,
customer will not receive any voucher for account confirmation from Kwese.
HOW TO PURCHASE A PASS VIA USSD
Customer dials *1003#
Customer receives a prompt confirming the Kweseiflix Vip pass menu.
“Kweseiflix Entertainment”
1. 1 Day pass(GHC3)
2. 3 Day pass(GHC6)
3. 7 Day pass(GHC11)
4. 30 Day pass(GHC30)
Customer selects preferred package and receives a prompt to enter 1 to confirm purchase.
“Confirm your purchase of a 3 day Pass (XGHC) Kweseiflix VIP pass”

2. Cancel
A pop up will be received by customer to enter mobile money pin to confirm purchase.
Customer receives an SMS from mobile money to confirm purchase.
“Payment made for GHSXX to Kwese tv. Current Balance: GHSXX. Transaction Id:3XXXXXX TRANSACTION FEE IS O”.
Purchase can be seen on ECW as captured below:
Customer will receive SMS from Kwese only during the first purchase containing a Kwese iflix voucher in a form of a link
which customer clicks on to confirm the account.
“Redeem your kwese iflix voucher-click go.iflix.com/mKimvPK Download, sign up and enjoy Live and on Demand TV on the go”
Customer receives an SMS to confirm success of voucher redemption:
“Voucher redeemed. Congratulations! You’ve successfully redeemed voucher”.
Customer can then log in to the App to view VIP channels once pass subscription is successful.
Customer can check validity period of the pass on the App under MY Subscription in Account section:
“Your playtime expires on 13/10/2018”
