It offers a one stop shop for customers to readily access the video content from our local stars.

Service is open to all MTN customers (Prepaid and Postpaid)

How to Access the App:

Users must visit Google play store.

Search for Kumawood App with the 'K' logo.

Download and install the App to access the video content.

To stream the movies, users must subscribe to the service via airtime or MTN Mobile Money.

Select subscription package and then select payment option.

Enter subscriber details.

Confirm subscription.

Users can now stream unlimited videos

Users must subscribe to the service before they can view the videos.

Customers require data to stream the videos, and have the option to choose video quality from Low, Medium and High quality.

Streaming on High Quality however will charge more data than on medium and low

Subscription

Subscription to watch any movie can be done via airtime or MTN Mobile Money or Visa/Master Card

Customers will be given allocated data per the below after subscription

Daily Ghc 1.00 - 200MB

Weekly Ghc 5.00 – 500MB

Monthly Ghc 20.00 – 2000MB

Streaming will be deducted from the allocated bundle

Bundle can be found at DA 241 on concierge

Effective rate is 0.01p per megabyte

Pay Per use charges would apply if the sessions charge from the customers main account

Customers can opt out by Texting (Stop Day for Daily, Stop Week for Weekly and Stop Month for Monthly subscription) to 4030

Subsequently customers can Dial *175#, select option 3 for Subscriptions and follow the prompt to Unsubscribe

Subscription Via airtime is on Concierge and via MM on ECW as general payment
