Customer dials *138*1#

Selects option 5 which is Kokrokoo.

Customer selects the option 1 which is (GHC1-400MB &30 Mins Onnet Voice 5am-8am)

Customer receives a pop up notification as well as an SMS to confirm purchase.

“Y’ello! You have successfully purchased 1GHC pack and received 400MB and 30 mins for onnet voice valid for 5am to 8am”

BUNDLE PURCHASE (ME2U)

Customer dials *138*1#

Selects option 8 which us Me2U

Selects 1 thus Bundle for someone

Selects 5 Kokrokoo  

Selects Option 1 which is (GHC1-400MB &30 Mins Onnet Voice 5am-8am)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Purchase can be done at any time of the day for the first purchase.

On subsequent purchases, bundle can be bought only when the previous bundle is expired (thus within 12am to 8am)

and can be used within the validity period thus between 5am to 8am.

Bundle can be purchased ONCE within 5am – 8am but can purchase multiple ME 2U bundles to different PAYG numbers

Voice offer is for on-net calls only.

Bundle is valid for 3 hours and has no roll over and 50% on 4G bonus options

Bundle is only available on the 138 platform (Master Account, MoMo Bundle Slyde Pay & Express Pay exempted).

Balance check for both data and voice offer is also available on *124# only between 5am to 8am.

However, customer can also use balance check under *138# before and after the validity period (5am to 8am) to see the Kokrokoo voice and internet bundle balances.

Bundle purchase and Me2U purchases can be checked on the Bundle Support Portal.

DA validity is 24 hours hence customer will still see the Kokrokoo balance after 8am deleted at midnight. On the balance check at *138# but bundle cannot be used as at that time and will be

DA ALLOCATION

Data offer is allocated to the DA 108(400MB Kokrokoo Data)

Voice offer is allocated to the DA 223(Kokrokoo Voice 30 Mins) and is for on-net calls only.

Offer ID for the Kokrokoo bundle is 1221.

TARIFF

The call tariff is 0.105 per minute for on-net calls only.

Effective rate for data is 0.0025 per MB.
