Requirements Itemization At The Shop:
Customer must fill the request form and duly sign, form available on the website under support https://www.mtn.com.gh/personal/support/requests
Provide a Valid National ID
Submit the form at any MTN Branch or via email to Customercare.GH@mtn.com
An email address to receive the bill
Requirements Itemization Via 100:
Customer passes all security questions
Agent request for the following;
1. Affected Phone Number
2. Period Of Request
3. Email Address
All details should be forwarded to Team Leads, who will in turn forward to the CPE Team.
Duration of Bill:
Duration of 3 years history from the date of request
Processing Time:
All request will be processed within 48 working hours
Court Orders/ BNI Request
Official/ Stamped Order from the Court must be provided by the Police Officer Investigating the request
Police officer must provide a Valid Work ID an email address for onward submission
