This is a streaming service that allows customers to stream videos on their devices. The service is available for both post-paid and prepaid customers.

How to Subscribe

• Customers who want to subscribe for the iStream service must visit the link below to register. (http://mtnghanaistreamtv.mobi)

• Customer is prompted to purchase an offer to enable them use the service.

• There are three types of offers that customers can choose from;

Ø Daily- GHC0.40

Ø Weekly- GHC2

Ø Monthly- GHC6

•Once registration is completed, customers receive SMS to confirm the activation.

•Renewal of the offer is automatic once the customers subscribe to the service

Ø Once registered, simply go to (http://mtnghanaistreamtv.mobi).

Ø Select any of the categories below.

How to stream videos

Ø Available video starts to stream.

Ø The offer is renewed automatically once the subscription is done.

Ø Customers can go to My account on the platform and select deactivate to deactivate the service.

Ø The offer customers subscribe to only gives them access to the iStream platform.

Ø Customers are charged from their data bundles or main account (for subscribers who do not have a data bundle) for streaming the videos.

Ø Deductions for the offer purchase will appear us iStream in call details under concierge.

Ø Deactivation of the services can be done on the SDP for customers.

ØCustomers will receive notification once the service is deactivated.

Ø Please note that the service will be renewed automatically when customers do not deactivate the service.
