Hottseat is an interactive game available via an App or Web Interface. The App is available on android devices for now but can be accessed on all devices using the web interface using the URL (http://mtnhottseat.mtn.com.gh/).It is designed similar to “Who wants to be rich"

Players of the game are given the opportunity to answer questions from different areas per GES curriculum, general knowledge and MTN product offerings to build points.

OVERVIEW OF GAME

To start the game, customer clicks on the play button

A game category is the selected

The game then starts and player gets the pop up “do you know the rules” where the rules of the game are spelt out to the player

The player now starts answering questions till the 15th question is answered or till he gets a wrong answer

There are 30 seconds for each question, once a player is having difficulty answering he can use one of the 3 lifelines

The first lifeline is to ask the audience (the audience votes on the correct answer).

The second lifeline is to phone a friend (where a player is given 1 minute to call a friend outside the game)

Third lifeline is 50-50, where two wrong options are eliminated for the player

The game shows a leader board where each player can view who has the highest point.

SUBSCRIPTION OT MTN HOTTSEAT

Subscription is done on the app or using the web interface (http://mtnhottseat.mtn.com.gh/)

The procedure for subscription is:

1) Customer visits the MTN Hottseat URL or downloads the App from Google Play Store

2) Customer installs application

3) Customer clicks play to begin

4) Customer selects game of choice and receives a pop up to select subscription offer

Once a subscription offer is selected, a pop up is displayed for customer to confirm subscription package

Another pop up is displayed for customer to accept/reject the selected package

An SMS is sent to customer to confirm success of subscription.

Customer can then proceed to play game.

Based on the option selected, the package is renewed automatically daily, weekly or monthly.

DEACTIVATION OF SUBSCRIPTION

Users can however Opt Out by

1) Dialing *175#

2) Select option 1. My subscriptions

3) Select hottseat offer subscribed eg. HOTTSEAT daily

4) Select unsubscribe
