Hello World Voice Mobile Originating – Customer initiated the Call

Hello World Voice Mobile Terminating – Customer received the call

NB: Customer leaving the MTN or Preferred Partner Network to roam on another network will receive an sms that he is no more roaming on the

MTN or Preferred Partner network. Data activities, sms and Voice calls will be charged from the customer’s main account as per the earlier

effective Tariff rate and per the destination.

Data usage notification currently apply on the Yello World Data – Customers will be notified on their usage

Customers will be charged from main account once they run out of their bundle or move out of the MTN or Partner network

Bundles can be purchased everywhere – Either at before travelling or when you move out of the country

Customers can dial *124# to check his/her balance. Per customer’s package below is what customer will see after dialing *124#

R In – Balance for receiving call
