GHgoal is platform for sports betting, casino games and live dealers.

Customer access the portal via www.ghgoal.com

New customers are required to create a personal account by using the SIGN UP option with NEW ACCOUNT using their

email or phone number and a password.

Returning customers will use the LOGIN with their email or phone number and a password.

Once customer forgets password, customer can request for a new password by clicking on “Forgot Password” to receive new

password as an SMS from GHGOAL.

Customers will have to load their GHgoal account from their MTN Mobile Money wallets in order to place bets or play any of the casino games.

Winners will have to transfer their amount from the GHgoal account unto their MTN Mobile wallets for withdrawals. The transfer limit is above GHC20.

Minimum withdrawal amount is GHC20 and Maximum withdrawal amount is GHC7500 per 7 days.

Administrative charge of 3% applies to the withdrawal amount. However, if the bet amount is higher than 4 times the initial deposit,

there are no administrative charges.

Withdrawal request for amount higher than GHC60 will be processed manually thus within 48 hours.

An SMS alert from GHGOAL is sent to customer

Customer also receives an email from support@ghgoal.com to confirm that withdrawal is being processed.Money is sent to the wallet number and customer receives prompt from Mobile money as a general payment.
