Changes on the *138# internet bundle and MTN PULSE (*567#) user flow.

The below are some of the changes implemented.

1. Increased tariff( Effective rate per megabyte)

2. No expiry on all the bundle packages

3. Flexi bundles - Customers can either choose a Pre-defined bundle or enter any amount they prefer to buy a bundle.

4. New Dedicated Accounts (DA) numbers and description

5. Rollover will only apply on usage(exhaustion) not expiry

6. Validity on bonus data or offers and promotions still applies (e.g. 1 day and 7 days)

7. Customers can now choose to pay for bundle packages either with airtime or mobile money.

Dial *138#

Select Option 1 and 2 to buy data bundles for self or others respectively. N.B to buy for others,

the recipient number will be entered and repeated for confirmation purposes

The below are the data packages available

To view and purchase Combo Bundles, select option 2 after dialing *138#.

The below are the packages available under Combo Bundle (SMS, IDD and Super Saver bundles)

To check balance for bundles purchased via 138, choose option 4

Flexi Bundles are available for all bundle packages with the exception of the Kokrokoo, SMS and IDD bundles.

Kindly note that customers will still enjoy 4G bonus for data bundle purchases provided their SIM cards and devices support 4G.

Non expiry does not apply for data bundle bonuses.

The flexi bundles are not available for Data bundles purchases via EVD resellers, Bank mobile apps and third party vendors (e.g. Slydepay, Expresspay etc.).

MTN PULSE (*567#)

The below is a summary of the user flow for MashUp bundles on *567#.

Dial *567#

Select either option 1 or 2 to buy for self or others. N.B to buy for others, the recipient number will be entered and repeated for confirmation purposes

Below are the MashUp packages available

Option 1 allows you to buy either GHC 1 MashUp or purchase any amount between GHC 0.07 and 4.99

Option 2 allows the customer to either buy GHC 5 MashUp or purchase any amount between GHC 5 and GHC 9.99.

Option 3 allows the customer to either buy GHC 10 MashUp or purchase any amount between GHC 10 and GHC 29.99

The GHC 30 MashUp gives the customer only data of 3GB. There is no voice offer for this package

With the exception of the GHC 30 MashUp, all the other packages offers the customer an option to either choose a

50-50 split of both Voice & Data or 100% data as shown below

Kindly note that for all MashUp purchases of GHC 10 and above, the customer is also credited with Social media bundle of 400MB, 50 SMS.

These offers (social media offer 400M and SMS offer 50 SMS) have a validity period of 7 days.

Additionally, The Free On-net calls on Mondays offer is active for all MashUp packages between GHC 10 and GHC 30.

Kindly note the offer will be valid until the package is exhausted.
