1. What is the new price for TurboNet?
Ans: From 2nd March 2020, TurboNet is now available at an affordable price of GHC 499.
2. Has the TurboNet data bundle packages changed?
Ans: Yes, the data packages have changed. MTN website will be updated with the new packages by March 2nd 2020.
3. Are there any other data packages apart from the bundles stated above?
Ans: Flexi bundles are available for TurboNet. Customers can enter any amount of their preference between GHC 25 and GHC 5000.
4. What is Flexi–Fibre broadband bundle?
Ans: In addition to the data packages indicated above, customers can enjoy the convenience of buying data by entering any amount of their choice. Flexi broadband bundles gives you the flexibility of buying what you want and it is very convenient and easy on your wallet.
5. Where can I purchase the TurboNet bundles?
Ans: You can buy your customized data bundles from *5057# (USSD) and web self-care portal https://fibrebroadband.mtn.com.gh
6. Can I still purchase super saver data bundles?
Ans: No, the supersaver data bundle will no longer be available
7. Will supersaver packages purchased before 1st December 2019 still renew automatically?
Ans: Yes. All supersaver data packages purchased will still work and data will be credited every month until the offer expires
8. Will I still get the 5GB freebie data package when I purchase a TurboNet?
Ans: No. The 5GB offer is no longer available. All new subscribers will be credited with 2GB data valid for 30 days only for one month.
9. Will I still receive the monthly 5GB data offer if I purchased the TurboNet prior to 2nd March 2020?
Ans: Yes. All TurboNet routers with an existing 5GB offer will still receive the monthly 5GB month on month until the offer period expires (6 months).
10. Is it possible to swap or exchange TurboNet for a Fibre broadband account?
Ans: Yes it is. You can place a request for an upgrade from TurboNet to Fibre Broadband account. Kindly contact 0244308111.
11. Are there any service fees involved when I swap from TurboNet to Fibre Broadband?
Ans: You will not make any payment. You will be contacted and assisted with the migration process.
12. Will data bundle purchased on a TurboNet be lost when customer requests for a swap or exchange for a Fibre broadband?
Ans: No. Data bundles will be transferred to the new accounts after the migration is completed.

1. Have the prices of Fibre Broadband bundles increased?
Ans: Yes, the data packages have changed. The MTN Website will be updated with the new packages by March 2nd 2020.

3. What is the minimum amount of money I can enter to purchase a flexi fibre broadband bundle?
Ans: You can enter any amount between GHC 25 and GHC 5000.
