MECHANICS?

1. Transfer vendors will dial *1328# and choose option 8 (VAS SERVICES)

2. The vendor will select Data, SMS, or Idd based on the customers request

3. Bundle purchase is done, customer will pay the equivalent of bundle purchased from vendor

4. All rules on 138 applies to bundles purchased via EVD (4G Sim in a 4G compatible device qualifies for 100% Bonus)

5. Recipients of EVD bundles will receive sms with the transaction details and also confirm receipt by dialing *124#

6. Details of Bundle transactions can be checked on the ERS Platform

7. Dedicated account for all bundles remain the same

8. Bundles purchased cannot be REVERSED.

9. Roll over option for data bundles is not available on EVD Purchase.

10. CRBT purchase is for subscription only. (Ghc0.65p)

11. Download and renewal of songs are NOT inclusive.
