Customers will have to enter their booking Reference as the “Reference” during the payment process. Sample Booking Reference is 34674330 (Obtained from the Emirates website). Discount is given to MTN Customers.

Where customers have higher cost of ticket than their transactional limits, they can make payment in bits quoting the same Booking Reference; but the full amount should have been paid before the departure date.

•Enter your MM PIN

•Verify relevant details on the screen (phone)

•Click Pay now

•Enter Booking number as Reference (e.g. 34674330)

•Enter amount

•Confirm payment details

•Enter your MM PIN

Dial *170#

•Input 2 for Pay Bill& send/reply

•Input 6 for General Payment& send/reply

•Under Payment code enter emirates

(Emirates–Not Case Sensitive)

•Enter amount due for payment and send/reply

•Enter Booking number as Reference (e.g. 34674330) and send/reply

•Enter your MM PIN and send/reply

You will receive an SMS as confirmation for a successful Payment
