CRBT Music Box is a service which allows customers to download Music Box as their Caller Ring Back Tune.

Music Box contains a maximum of five (5) songs and songs will be played randomly based on the content of the Music Box.

Customers can subscribe to a music box via SMS, CRBT user portal, CRBT customer service agent portal or via key copy.

Subscription charge of 65p for CRBT service applies for non-subscribers which is valid for 30 days.

Customer is charged 0.75p for downloading a Music Box and this is valid for 90 days.

After 90 days, customer receives notification on whether to renew music box or not.

Customers can have a maximum of 20 music boxes in their library.

Customers can view the number of songs in their library via the portal.

Music box codes will be advertised to customers in a form of bulk SMS, on Social Media platforms etc.

SMS SUBSCRIPTION

Customer Downloading Music Box via SMS (An unSubscriber)

Customer sends START to 1355 to subscribe to CRBT at a charge of 65p.

Customer receives SMS to show that subscription was successful.

“Hey! You have successfully subscribed to MTN CallerTunez. Dial *1355# to search for your favorite songs” 

Customer sends (Music Box code) to 1355 and receives SMS notification to confirm download.

“You have successfully downloaded (Music Box Name). Download more love songs and stand a chance to win Valentine prizes”.

KEY COPY SUBSCRIPTION

Customer Downloading Music Box via Key Copy (An unSubscriber)

Customer presses *1 to copy a Music Box from a called party.

Customer receives SMS to confirm CRBT subscription and Music Box Download:

“You have requested to subscribe to CRBT service for GHC0.65 and copy (Music Box Name) with tunez  ”List of all songs in

the music box” from  542XXXXXX for  GHC0.75. Please reply “yes” to confirm the request within 24 hours”.

Customer replies “yes” to 1355 and receives SMS confirming CRBT subscription and Music Box download.

Customer Downloading Music Box via Key Copy (A Subscriber)

Customer presses *1 to copy a Music Box from a called party.

Customer receives SMS to confirm Music Box Download:

“You have requested to copy (Music Box Name) with tunez”List of all songs in the music box” from 542XXXXXX for

GHC0.75. Please reply “yes” to confirm the request within 24 hours”.

Customer replies “yes” to 1355 and receives SMS confirming Music Box download.

Customer Downloading Music Box via CRBT user portal

Customer uses the link callertunez.mtn.com.gh/user/ to access the CRBT user portal.

Customer clicks on LOG IN, enter phone number, clicks Verify and then receive an OTP as password for login.

After Login, customer goes to All Songs and then Music Box to download a music box.

UNSUBSCRIPTION

Customer can unsubscribe the service by unsubscribing to the CRBT Via
