How to subscribe to Cnema pack

Option 1

Download the Cnema App from the Google Play store

Subscribe to the daily, weekly or monthly packages directly from the Cnema App.

This can be done by selecting the subscription icon on the home page to subscribe to any package.

All new users get a free 15-day subscription plus a maximum of 2 video downloads daily.

A USSD pops up for double confirmation with 1 to ‘Accept’ subscription or 2 to ‘Reject’

Option 2

Alternatively, you can send ‘CVD’, ‘CVW’ or ‘CVM’ to 1306 to subscribe to a daily, weekly or monthly package.

Customer receives confirmation SMS for a successful billing.

Eg. Subscription Daily: Y’ello, welcome to CNEMA VOD DAILY! You will receive daily updates at GHC1.00. To cancel the subscription, send STOP to 1306

In case customer has insufficient balance, customer is sent the below SMS.

Eg. Subscription Weekly: ‘Dear Customer, sorry you do not have sufficient balance to subscribe CNEMA VOD Weekly.

Kindly recharge and send ‘CVW’ to 1306 or dial *175# to manage your subscription.

NB: Subscribers can watch all episodes of MTN HitMaker Season 7 on the Cnema App on the go.

How to unsubscribe from Cnema pack

Option 1

To Unsubscribe, while on subscription page, navigate to the top right corner and click on three vertical dots to select unsubscribe.

Option 2

You can send STOP to 1306 or dial *175# to manage subscription.

SMS confirmation is sent to user. Eg.

Subscription Daily: Dear Customer, you have unsubscribed successfully from the CNEMA VOD DAILY. To subscribe again,

send “CVD” to 1306 or dial *175# to manage your subscription

Unsubscription can also be done by the use of the SDP portal access

CHARGES

•Subscription charge is effected from customer’s main account balance

Video packs can be used to access content on the Cnema App. Dial *138*1# to buy a Video pack to explore great value from this service.

NB: Data charges apply, hence streaming and downloading of videos are effected primarily via a Video Bundle purchased then to any of the 138 Daily,

Weekly or Monthly Packs when video bundle is exhausted

Packages/Subscriptions are auto-renewed.

•Deactivation of Auto-Renewal for any of the packages/subscriptions prevents customer from enjoying service.

NB: This doesn’t stop only the auto renewal but the service completely
