Book a visit will allow customers reserve time and date to be served at a selected branch.
Customers can access the booking page via My MTN App or the website

Customers can book a reservation to any of the below branches:
i. Maximum of 10 customers are allowed booking to all selected branches
iv. Booking calendar will allow booking 15 days ahead, taking out weekend and Public holidays
When a customer exhausts all 3 chances the customer can only book a reservation after 7 days.
vii. Customers will be allowed a maximum of 3 bookings in every 30 days
ix. The Qmatic agent web portal (used by the branch) will have details of the booked visit
All booked visits will trigger an alert to Customerappointmentbooking.GH@mtn.com to notify
all regional managers, branch heads and delegates of customer’s appointments.
