Kindly note that MTN Mobile Money Customers can now access the ATM CashOut option under banking services on the MM menu.

On the phone

· Dial *170#

· Select Financial Service

· Select Bank Services

· Select ATM CashOut

· Select Option 1 to Generate Token (9 digits)

· Enter the Secret Code-4 digits

· Enter the Amount

Wait for the authorization pop message

· Select Yes to authorize the transaction

· Enter your MM Pin

You would receive a confirmation SMS with token

To Retrieve Token

· Dial *170#

· Select Option 2 to Retrieve Active Tokens

To Check Token Status

· Dial *170#

· Select Option 3 to Check Token Status

· Enter Token (9 digits) and select send

To Reverse Token

· Select Option 4 to Reverse Token

· Enter Token (9 digits) and select send

At the ATM

• Select cardless on the ATM

• Enter the token and secret code

• Enter the amount

Once details are correct, ATM will dispense cash.
