This offer is available to Agents (Agent tier 1, 2, 3 and Mobile Agents) who refer dormant MoMo customers to cash in (deposit funds) into their wallet.

These agents will earn 4% commission in total when these subscribers load their wallets and top-up airtime within 72 hrs.

The set target is basically for customers with dormant MoMo accounts.

Find below Agent Referral Transaction Procedure

1. Agent dials *171# and select the option "Load 4 Extra" which will be placed under My Wallet.

2. Agent will then proceed to refer a MoMo registered customer by entering the number under Load 4 Extra, right after which below SMS notification will be received-

Your request has been successfully received. Thank you

3. If customer number has already been referred in the last 72hrs, Agent would receive below pop up message –“Number” has already been referred, thank you.”

4. Agent who educate and perform cash in for a dormant customer will earn 0.5% of the amount as commission (that is the standard cash in commission)

5. If customer buys airtime from his/her wallet within 72hrs, agent earns 3.5% airtime commission of the

amount in addition to the 0.5% commission standard commission making it 4%.

i. However, if customer does not buy airtime within 72hrs, the agent does not earn any commission on airtime.

ii. Reports would be generated, authenticated and commissions paid monthly.
