NB: All subscription will be done via the app. Customers can dial *175# to approve pending request and

also unsubscribe from the auto renewal package. Dial *175# select option 3 for subscription.

How to Subscribe?

1. Go to app store/play store

2. Search for 2C TV in the app store /play store, click on the download button to download the app

3. Click on the app to view various subscription packages, select your preferred package

(daily limited, daily unlimited, weekly or monthly) to subscribe

4. When subscription expires , the channels are locked automatically

5. Streaming of live TV will not be charged from Customers data balance or main credit, charging is only done for Subscription of the packages

6. Customers can now buy hourly option to view programs that are being aired for some minute to an hour.

7. When customers purchase the auto renewal option per the amount chosen, the package will renew every 24 hours per the time purchased.

NB. Customers who purchase Daily, Weekly, Monthly package can purchase one time but not purchase auto renewal at the same time
