Welcome to Scientifick, a high-fidelity, interactive 3D model of a mammalian cell. This visualization was vibe-coded using the capabilities of the latest Gemini 3 Pro model to translate complex biological concepts into a functional, aesthetic, and educational tool that goes far beyond static images.
The model is designed for effortless scientific inspection:
Fluid Mosaic Dynamics: The cell membrane is not static. Membrane Proteins and Receptors actively drift across the surface, simulating the real, fluid nature of the cell wall.
Deep Focus Mode: Use the Organelle List (left sidebar) to select any structure (e.g., Nucleus, Mitochondria, or Actin Filaments). The camera will execute a smooth, cinematic zoom and the element will be highlighted, while all other background structures vanish, giving you a clear, unobstructed view of your target.
Subtle Motion: Particles like Ribosomes exhibit GPU-accelerated Brownian motion, providing a subtle shimmer that makes the cytoplasm feel like a living, energy-filled environment.
Dynamic Slicing: The View Slice bar at the bottom allows you to cut a cross-section into the cell, revealing the interior contents regardless of your current viewing angle.
