Yin/Restorative: Nice and slow! If you like long, juicy holds, this class is for you. A great class to compliment some of your more active classes. Deep stretches target connective tissue and fascia as we hold poses for 3-5 minutes. These long holds allow muscles to relax and loosen, creating a sense of balance and peace within the body.

Chair Yoga: A gentle yoga class accessible to all types of students, no mat necessary in this chair class. The class is built around getting the body moving without placing weight on major joints, by remaining in a seated position. A great pick-me-up when you need a break from work.
