1. Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

Return Process

Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).

Once approved, return the item to the address provided in your return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).


2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, return the item once received, following the Returns Policy above.

3. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded in the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
